From the very beginning of his career, thanks to his involvement in the cultural scene of the city of Milan and beyond, Carlo Orsi came into contact with figures from the worlds of art, theater, literature, and cinema. He photographed them both during studio sessions (Laura Antonelli, Dario Argento, Ingrid Caven, Ornella Muti, Susan Sarandon) and in their most spontaneous gestures and expressions (Juan Antonio Bardem, Tonino Guerra, Carlo Lizzani, Mariangela Melato, Franco Nero, Eriprando Visconti).
