Palazzo Morando in Milan is hosting the exhibition Miracoli a Milano. Carlo Orsi fotografo, curated by Giangiacomo Schiavi and Giorgio Terruzzi. The exhibition is a tribute to Carlo Orsi's career, which began in post-war Italy in the city of Milan, where the photographer divided his time between the editorial office of "Corriere della Sera", where he tried his hand at photojournalism, and the cultural hub of Bar Jamaica in Brera, a meeting place for painters, writers, and poets not far from his birthplace. These two creative workshops helped to shape Orsi's existential and intellectual matrix, nourishing his research and defining the roots of his photographic practice.

In 1963, at Milan Central Station, Carlo Orsi immortalized the nascent phenomenon of immigration from the south to the north of the country in four shots that he decided to enlarge, crop, and manipulate to extract details in a game of photographic and sociological experimentation. Fifty years later, the Ma.Co.f in Brescia is presenting them again in an exhibition curated by Renato Corsini and Roberto Palmas from September 16 to December 23, 2023.

Fifty years after Milano, created together with Giulia Pirelli for publisher Bruno Alfieri, Carlo Orsi returns to portray the Lombard capital. Thus a new volume takes shape, laid out — as it was then — by Giancarlo Iliprandi and published today by Skira.

Spazio Krizia in Milan is hosting the exhibition Grand Prix Moto, which presents photographs taken by Carlo Orsi for the calendar of the same name, a charity initiative whose proceeds go towards funding the missions of Interplast Italy.

The collaboration with FontanaArte has resulted in the publication of Earth's Light. A trip of Carlo Orsi together with Three Sixty, in which the photographer portrays the iconic Three Sixty lamp, designed by Foster+Partners, around the world in very different places and contexts, giving a 360-degree view of it.

Twenty reportage photographs from Italy and abroad, selected from the photographer's archive and taken in the 1960s, form the core of the exhibition hosted by the Galleria Antonia Jannone between January 25 and February 25, 2005.

At the Home Gallery enne.f in Milan, Swatch presents the originals of the photographs taken by Carlo Orsi, commissioned for the “Spring Summer '95” advertising campaign.

From January 15 to 28, 2001, the foyer of the Teatro Franco Parenti will host the exhibition Maglie e facce da marinai, featuring portraits by Carlo Orsi and a history of sweaters made by the Creative Tertiary group at San Vittore prison.

From September 20 to 25, 1989, the Alias showroom in Milan displayed the photographs taken by Carlo Orsi on commission from Alias to advertise its products.

The publication brings together Carlo Orsi's photographs of Arnaldo Pomodoro's major solo exhibition at Forte Belvedere in Florence in June 1984. The artist himself states that the photographer was able to convey “an original vision of the passionate days spent at Forte Belvedere [...]” during the preparation of what he considered to be “the most complete and mature exhibition of my long experience of exhibitions and travels.”
